Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The returned product must meet the return conditions.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, except when the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the return and withdrawal terms described in our Terms and Conditions.
