Returns

The customer has the right to return ordered goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@wellbe.ee.
Direct costs associated with returns are borne by the customer, unless the reason for return is an incorrect or defective product.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
