PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for products

All prices displayed in the www.wellbe.ee online store are in euros (€) and include VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

Orders can be paid for using the payment methods offered in the online store, including bank links, bank cards, and other payment solutions provided by payment service providers.

Payments are mediated by Wellbe e-shop partners, and payment processing takes place in a secure environment.

Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed after payment has been received.

Wellbe Group OÜ has the right to cancel an order if payment has not been received within a reasonable time after the order was placed.

After payment is received, the order will be assembled and the goods will be handed over to the selected logistics partner.

Prices

All prices include VAT.

Wellbe Group OÜ reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Security

Wellbe Group OÜ does not have access to the customer's internet bank usernames, passwords or other authentication data.

Payment processing is carried out through secure and recognized payment service providers.
