Terms of Sale

1. Scope and Validity of Sales Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions of sale apply to the legal relations arising from the purchase of products via the online store between all persons (hereinafter the Buyer) and the Wellbe online store (www.wellbe.ee), owned by Wellbe Group OÜ (hereinafter the Wellbe e-shop).

1.2 In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the online store are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

1.3 Wellbe Group OÜ has the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions of sale and the price list. Changes will be published on the website www.wellbe.ee and will take effect from the moment of publication.

2. Price Information

2.1 All prices displayed in the online store include VAT.

2.2 A delivery fee will be added to the order according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.

2.3 Delivery is free for the Buyer for orders starting from 49 euros.

2.4 Prices are valid at the time the order is placed.

3. Placing an Order

3.1 To order goods, desired products must be added to the shopping cart.

3.2 To place an order, required data fields must be filled in, a delivery method selected, and the order paid for.

3.3 Upon confirming the order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information.

3.4 Orders are processed on business days.

3.5 If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

4. Entry into Force of the Sales Agreement

4.1 The sales agreement enters into force from the moment the amount paid for the order is received into the Wellbe e-shop's bank account.

4.2 Unpaid orders may be canceled 2 days after the order is placed.

5. Delivery

5.1 After the sales agreement enters into force, the Wellbe e-shop will assemble the order and hand it over to the logistics partner.

5.2 The delivery time in Estonia is generally 2–5 business days.

5.3 The Buyer undertakes to provide correct delivery information.

5.4 The Wellbe e-shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure circumstances.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 days from receiving the goods.

6.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

6.3 The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

6.4 To return goods, a withdrawal application must be sent to info@wellbe.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.

6.5 The direct costs of return are borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for return is an incorrect or defective product.

6.6 The Wellbe e-shop will refund the paid amount to the Buyer within 14 days at the latest after receiving the withdrawal application and the returned goods.

6.7 For reasons of hygiene and health protection, opened or used food supplements are not returnable, unless the product is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to the order.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 The Wellbe e-shop is not responsible for damages or delivery delays caused by force majeure circumstances.

8. Processing of Personal Data

8.1 The Buyer's personal data will be used only for processing orders, delivery, and customer communication.

8.2 Personal data may be transferred to logistics partners only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

8.3 Personal data is processed according to Wellbe's privacy policy.

9. Procedure for Submitting Complaints

9.1 The Wellbe e-shop is responsible for defects in goods in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

9.2 A complaint must be submitted as soon as possible after discovering the defect to the email address info@wellbe.ee.

9.3 The complaint must state the order number, contact information, and a description of the defect.

9.4 All complaints will be reviewed, and the Buyer will be responded to within 14 days at the latest.

9.5 Product descriptions published in the online store are for informational purposes.

9.6 Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

9.7 The recommended daily amount must not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 The Buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee if the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations.

10.2 For resolving problems arising in EU member states, the Buyer may turn to the European Union's platform for online dispute resolution.
